Register now!The B2B event “Food and Drinks 2024” will include a hosted buyer programme. To qualify for this programme, the applicants must be buyers (i.e.: importers, wholesalers, distributors, chain stores or super market representatives etc). Hosted buyers can benefit of a fully covered participation, which includes the following costs:
** Participating buyers must have capacity of decision in their companies. *** Buyers who are approved for the Hosted Buyer Programme must be available for the participation to the full programme of the event. **** Buyers that are not selected for the Hosted Buyer Programme, are still welcome to come and participate. Travel and accommodation will be at their own cost, while other activities included in the programme will be covered by the organisation. Travel arrangements Once approved, buyers must send a scanned copy of their passport (for travel arrangements) by return email to the email message they will receive from mouratidou@sbe.org.gr. Buyers must then confirm in writing their travel arrangements immediatly as soon as they recive the relevant details from HELEXPO. Important Notice: Hosted buyers’ participation and attendance are monitored by the Organizer and exhibitors. In the event of no show, TIF-HELEXPO reserves the right to include the Hosted Buyer in the Organizer’s Black List, thus not allowing the specific Buyer to take part in the Hosted Buyers Program of any of the Organizer’s Exhibitions for the next three years. |
